My Lord,
In terms of the Deed of Settlement of the Corporation, I have the honour to transmit herewith, the General Half Yearly Statement to 31st December last, showing the amount of the then debts, liabilities and Engagements, and of the Assets, property, credits and Securities belonging to the Corporation, such Statement including an account of the amount of Promissory notes of the Corporation in Circulation, and at the credit held in the Establishment, the said statement being authenticated in the usual way.
I shall feel obliged if you will own receipt.
